What we collect
When you place an order with Riwaq by AF, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items you order. We do not collect credit card details — we use Cash on Delivery, which means payment happens at your door with the courier.
How we use it
We use your information only to fulfill your order: to confirm the order by email and WhatsApp, to ship it to you via PostEx, and to follow up if something goes wrong with delivery. We may occasionally send marketing emails about new collections — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share with
Your shipping name, address, and phone are shared with PostEx (our courier partner) so they can deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Our website uses essential cookies to remember items in your cart between visits. We use anonymous analytics to understand which pages people visit most.
