Delivery time
Once your order is confirmed, expect delivery within 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) and 5–7 working days for the rest of Pakistan.
We dispatch Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday ship out Monday morning.
Courier
We ship via PostEx — a Pakistani courier service we've found to be reliable, especially for COD orders.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across all of Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives, as they may not have change.
If you're not home when the courier attempts delivery, they'll try again the next day. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we'll reach out to confirm next steps.
Issues
