Returns & Exchanges

Exchange window

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

What can be exchanged

Most pieces can be exchanged for a different size, color, or another piece of equal or greater value (you pay the difference). Earrings, due to hygiene, cannot be exchanged once worn. Sale items are final sale unless they arrived damaged.

How to request an exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 310 8600427 or email riwaqbyaf@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.
  2. We'll arrange a pickup with our courier or share a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll dispatch the exchange within 2 working days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders. Exchanges are issued as store credit or a replacement piece. For damaged items where no replacement is available, we'll issue store credit valid for one year.
